The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. I appreciated the clean and spacious pool area, ideal for a relaxing day under the sun. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the roof terrace offered beautiful views and a great spot to unwind. A pool view from my room added to the overall enjoyment.
The food choices at the all-inclusive option could use more variety to match high expectations.

Had a blast with my friends! The all-inclusive setup was perfect, with something for everyone, including activities for kids and adults all day. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions without a hassle. Shoutout to the friendly staff who created a fun atmosphere! Definitely coming back for another getaway!
One downside was the room situation. Initially, we were placed in a room with a small balcony that lacked privacy. Had to go back to the front desk to sort it out, which wasn't the best start to our vacation.

great location , but crowded pool area
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely pool view that added to our experience. Breakfast was surprisingly enjoyable, especially the egg-station where I could customize my meal each morning.

Enjoyed a blissful week with daily maid service and spotless rooms. The pool area sparkled, but remember to grab a sun lounger early. Incredible food options at the restaurant that left us spoilt for choice! Spend time on Fenals beach. it's just a short stroll away.
